Shipping

Climb On Equipment Ltd. offers free shipping for orders of $150 (before taxes) within Canada. Not included in the free shipping offer are heavy and bulky items (i.e. bouldering pads, full spool of ropes). A delivery surcharge will automatically be added for heavy and bulky items. Contact us for a shipping quote on heavy items. Unfortunately we cannot ship bouldering pads, the combination of both weight and size make the cost too high.

Orders with free shipping may take up to 14 business days to arrive within Canada (but usually less than 10) and will be sent by Canada Post. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are not offering an on-time guarantee.

We are not currently accepting orders shipped to the USA.

Due to occasional circumstances that are outside of our control (such as a weather event, postal strike or worldwide pandemic), delivery time may take longer.

In-Store Pickup

FREE In-Store Pick Up! If you want to purchase your item online and pick it up in our Downtown Squamish, BC store at a later date, there will be no shipping charge.

• Please provide photo ID or order receipt to pick up your item.
• In-Store Pick Up is held for 30 days from purchase.
• After 30 days your order will be fully refunded and cancelled.

Shipping within Canada

• Free shipping on orders of $150 or more, before taxes.
• Not included in the free shipping offer are heavy and bulky items (i.e. bouldering pads, full spool of ropes).
• A delivery surcharge of $30 is automatically added per Full Spool of Rope ordered. Contact us for a shipping quote on other heavy items.
• Orders under $150 are a flat rate of $10 plus GST (excluding bulky items).
• Orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited.
• Orders must meet Canada Post size and weight requirements (no dimension greater than one metre and must weight less than 30 kg).
• Most orders will be processed in store within 1-2 business days, and arrive at your location within 4-14 business days (not guaranteed).
• Taxes are applied to the destination province.

Shipping to the USA

• This Service has been indefinitely suspended.

Priority Shipping

At Climb On, we strive to offer the best service possible and sometimes that means admitting to a service limitation. At this time we do not offer Priority Shipping Service. We made the decision to not offer priority shipping because we don't feel we can provide a rush service that will meet customer expectations. We cannot offer a price comparable to big box stores, and although we pack and ship packages daily this is not fast enough to guarantee rush shipping timelines.

Outgoing orders are shipped daily by Canada Post Expedited Service . Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of being received and in most cases orders received by mid-night will be shipped next day.

International Shipping

• Currently, no orders outside Canada are accepted, with the exception of shipping Canadian Guidebooks.
• For orders shipped outside of Canada, customers will be responsible for the whole shipping cost. International sales are final. We cannot accept returns.
• Orders going to international destinations are shipped by Canada Post Surface or Canada Post Air.
• International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver. Climb On cannot provide an estimate. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Taxes Collected

In order to comply with Canadian Law, we must collect the applicable sales tax to the province your order is shipped to:

• British Columbia (BC) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight.
• Alberta (AB) – 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• Saskatchewan (SK) – 6% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• Manitoba (MB) – 8% PST merchandise. 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• Ontario (ON) – 13% HST merchandise and freight.
• Quebec (QC) – 9.975% PST merchandise and freight. 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• New Brunswick (NB) – 10% plus 5% HST merchandise and freight.
• Nova Scotia (NS) – 15% HST merchandise and freight.
• Prince Edward Island (PE) – 14% HST merchandise and freight.
• Newfoundland (NL) – 13% HST merchandise and freight.
• Northwest Territories (NT) – 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• Yukon (YT) – 5% GST merchandise and freight.
• Nunavut (NU) – 5% GST merchandise and freight.

Climb On Equipment Ltd. does not collect taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada. International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, once the package reaches its destination. These fees are solely the responsibility of the receiver.
